Robin Nimanong aka ROBBEDUZ (they/them) develops queer art rooted in dance, performance and the body. They combine queer identity and queer theory as a framework for collaboration, crossing borders between performance, dance, fashion and underground subcultural influences. Their work amplifies queer and POC narratives and keeps a continuous dialogue on decoloniality, queer ecology and future-forward thinking. With interdisciplinary focus and breaking with binary visions, Nimanong creates realms within theatre spaces and beyond.

Their non-binary approach, reshapes language, and liberates inner worlds. Questioning and reshaping (white & western) culture, since recent deeper informed by roots of color. Frameworks that arise within dance and embodiment are: meditation, celebration and resistance.

Their work is felt as an escapism, a realm resisting western society, like creating an online grid on stage. Though the counterstrategy also strongly reflects and shares experiences of the current world.

Robin graduated with a bachelor's degree at Modern Theater Dance in 2017, Amsterdam. Their work today, is strongly driven by their queer identity and Thai background.

Dance film ‘Aphrodisiac II (NEXT BEST FRINGE AWARD 2020)’ was made by and for the queer community. After that ‘Bodyscan 223’ and ‘Cyborg DNA’ were seen in theaters, museums and festivals. ‘Project Fools,’ is a collaboration with Ballroom Artists, together with DJ and Visual artist Guenter Raler.
Living Exhibition and performance ‘Children of Zeus,’ is a collaboration with visual artist Valentina Gal. The Living Exhibition Children of Zeus premiered 12th of May 2026, in Bellevue, Amsterdam.
